Registration information

General terms:

• Online Registration Only
  Registration for the conference is only possible via the online registration form on the Fienta platform.
  
  
• Confirmation Email
  Once the registration form is completed and submitted, an automatic email will be sent to the email address you provided. Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly. If you do not see the email, please also check your spam folder. If no email is received, contact the Meeting Secretariat at hello@seventips.lt.
  
  
• Completion of Registration
  Your registration is considered complete only once the full payment has been received. After the payment is processed, Fienta will issue and send your tickets with a QR code to the email address you provided. Please bring this ticket to the meeting and present it at the registration desk.
  
  
• Invoices
  If you require an invoice, please enter the relevant information in Fienta while completing the registration form. Only proforma invoices will be issued before the symposium. Final fiscal invoices will be sent to all registered participants after the conference, at the start of May 2026. We kindly ask that you refrain from requesting fiscal invoices before the event, as we will not be able to provide them in advance.
  
  
• Payment Methods
  During online registration, participants may choose to pay the fees either by credit card or bank transfer. If the fee is paid by credit card, the ticket will be issued and sent shortly afterwards. If the participant chooses to pay by bank transfer, Fienta will issue and send the ticket once the payment has been received.
  
  
• VAT
  Please note that, in accordance with Lithuanian tax law, Value Added Tax (VAT) applies to the registration fees and cannot be excluded. All fees listed in the table above are VAT-inclusive.
