Welcome to the IAUP Semi-Annual Meeting 2026 in Vilnius, Lithuania – a global gathering where university leaders, innovators, and partners come together to shape the future of higher education. Hosted by Mykolas Romeris University (MRU) – the largest social sciences and humanities university in Lithuania – this Meeting invites you to explore new ideas and bold strategies for a changing world.
Under the theme “Resilient Minds, Innovative Pathways: Universities Leading Global Transformation,” we will focus on how universities can strengthen resilience, drive innovation, and create meaningful impact. From digital transformation and institutional agility to inclusive leadership and sustainability, the Meeting will highlight the pathways that enable universities to lead confidently in the 21st century.

Hotels
A limited number of rooms at special rates have been pre-reserved for IAUP 2026 participants at selected hotels. To ensure convenient transportation and a smooth conference experience, participants are strongly encouraged to book accommodation at Radisson Collection Astorija Hotel, the official conference headquarters, or at nearby hotels St Palace and Rinno, both located within walking distance of Astorija.
Daily shuttle transportation to the main conference venue will depart directly from Radisson Collection Astorija Hotel, making these hotels the most convenient choice for conference attendees. The special room rates are valid until April 7, 2026. Reservations can be made either via the dedicated booking link or by contacting the hotel directly by email and quoting the reference code “IAUP2026”.

Single room: 168 EUR / night
Double room: 188 EUR / per night.
The room rates include breakfast, unlimited SPA access and VAT. City tax is not included.
